На первом этаже оборудованная кухня, с холодильниками; плита с газовыми и электрическими конфорками, стиральная машина, столы, беседка. Удобное расположение - недалеко бальнеолечебница, рынок, жд вокзал(примерно равное удаление), наличие столовых поблизости ("Империя" и маленьких столовых с домашней кухней поблизости).
