Advantages:

хозяйка очень приятная женщина.все объяснила , показала и проводила. все необходимое в бытовом плане ,было предоставлено. комната чистая с кондиционером. все спокойно без каких то напрягов. магазины и пляж очень близко,по параллельной улице, если куда то поехать нужно все маршрутки едут. при желании и пешком дойти можно. кафе рядом с домом, хорошие порции и вкусная еда.море чистое и теплое.а природа просто супер.
