Стандартный трёхместный номер, общей площадью 18 м. Кв., расположен на 2м этаже основного корпуса гостевого дома, и максимально вмещает до 4 гостей. Мы бы посоветовали данную категорию дружной семье из трёх или четырёх человек, потому что при необходимости гости смогут разместиться на дополнительном месте в виде евро-раскладушки. Если же говорить о комплектации номера, то он оснащен одной односпальной кроватью и одной двуспальной кроватью, гардеробом, ванной комнатой с санузлом и душем, телевизором с кабельными каналами, сплит-системой «зима-лето», рассчитанной на работу в любое время года.
