Две комнаты, отделанные деревом, находятся на 3 этаже гостевого дома, 2 другие - на 2 этаже.
Напротив гостевого дома находится бальнеолечебница сероводородных ванн.
В гостевом доме недавно сделан ремонт, чисто, уютно и комфортно гостям.
В комнатах есть все удобства.
На территории: чудесный сад с апельсинами, мандаринами, бананами и лимонами, цветами, беседка, отдельная большое помещение-кухня, фильтр для воды, биллиард, мангал и др.
