Тихо, во дворе зелёная трава. Нет фена- это минус. Нет таблички с адресом на воротах. А в целом очень понравилось.

Advantages:

Цена. Добродушный хозяин.

Disadvantages:

На кухни стоит поменять столы и скамейки (они из поддонов, отбили все ноги). Стоит почаще косить траву во дворе и почаще вывозить мусор.
