Advantages:

Очень чисто. Приятные, дружелюбные хозяева. Территория ухоженная, есть стоянка личная для автомобилей. Чистая кухня, со всем необходимым. Туалет и душ чистые. До центра гагры 15-20 минут на машине. До пляжа можно дойти, но мы там не были, уезжали на другие пляжи. Постираться стоит 150 рублей. Так много где. Если вы без машины, то хозяева могут отвезти в центр, не знаю, берут ли за это денежку. Мы на своём авто. Готовы ещё раз приехать в этот дом.

Disadvantages:

Единственное, нам не дали полотенца, наверное забыли, а когда я о них подумала (в предпоследний день), то спрашивать уже не стала. Думаю с этим нет тоже проблем.
