Advantages:

Современный, свежий ремонт, квартира соответствует фотографии. На кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки, холодильник новый, микроволновка, плита, чайник. Вид на шикарный, спали под шум моря.

Disadvantages:

Тем, кто делал ремонт в этой квартире, не знакомо слово надёжность. Подтекает вода и из фильтра очистки воды, и капает из водонагревателя, потом шланг душа пропускать начал. Ещё в 4 утра лопнул фитинг холодной воды, собирали час втроём, на мои звонки и сообщения хозяйка отреагировала в 10.
