Ул. Ленина, д. 11, напротив армянской школы. В трёх минутах от центрального рынка. Новый одноэтажный дом жилой. С двором. С тремя спальнями. Кухня оборудованная. До моря 7–8 минут. До рынка 3 минуты.
Ремонт выполнен.
Коммуникации все работают. Бойлерная работает в автономном режиме (ничего трогать, ковырять не надо), зиму сами прожили.
Кондиционеры и санузлы в каждой спальне. Двуспальные кровати. Живёте без хозяев! Смена белья раз в две недели. Газ и т. д. Будет вовремя обслужено! Стоянка на 2 машины.
Дом новый! Фото реальные. Конечно, порядок наведём (беспорядок уберу).
Дом для двух-трёх семей, компаний.
Близится к завершению «мангал-барбекю» с беседкой… Всё для моих гостей _ для проведения отдыха во дворе дома)
