Все три комнаты раздельные, место общего сбора - большой стол на балконе, служащим частью квартиры, считай что зал) плита газовая, вода и свет без перебоев, второй этаж, есть ещё балкон со столиком, где можно выпить кофе или просушить вещи

Disadvantages:

Нет стиральной машинки, но не критично, ручками постирали)
