В гостевом доме «Кипарис» всего четыре номера, благодаря чему сохраняется ощущение камерности и уединения. Спокойный интерьер помещения способствует комфортному отдыху, также расслаблению способствует хорошая звукоизоляция и толстые стены здания.

В номерах предусмотрены удобные кровати, есть дополнительное спальное место — раскладной диван. В гостевом доме выполнен современный ремонт, есть достаточное количество розеток в разных частях комнаты, можно включать как верхний, так и дополнительный свет. Ванные комнаты оснащены фенами и полотенцесушителями, также есть уличные сушилки для вещей. В номерах установлены мощные кондиционеры, благодаря которым помещение быстро охлаждается.

С октября по май гостевой дом отапливается теплыми полами, поэтому несмотря на влажный южный климат в помещении нет плесени и запаха сырости.
