Advantages:

Просторная, чистая квартира, рядом море, до которого пешком минут 10-15. Есть кондиционер. Вся техника рабочая. Район тихий, соседи тоже. Заезжали вшестером, всем места хватило!

Disadvantages:

Часто нет воды в туалете и на кухне, большой семьей очень неудобно носить тазики, но это во время засушливой погоды. Скорее всего в остальное время получше ситуация.
