Находится рядом с границей Абхазии, до границы 2 минуты пешком, можно посещать Сочи, Красную поляну - просто проходите КПП, сразу же от неё ходят автобусы. Также на абхазской стороне от нас 5 минут пешком до автовокзала - ходят автобусы и маршрутки по всей Абхазии
от нас забирают на экскурсии по Абхазии и Сочи.

у нас на территории Зелёная лужайка, фруктовые деревья, различные качели нескольких видов, уличные обеденные группы, теннисный стол, детский бассейн, песочница, настольный футбол, предоставляем проживающим велосипеды. ;)
