Advantages:

Были 25 дней, и уезжать не хотелось. Дождь был всего один раз. Море отличное. Приветливые хозяева. Есть кухня, рядом граница, 10 мин пешком. Много зелени. Связь ловит и интернет работает, роуминга нет. Это вообще порадовало. Море рядом.
