Advantages:

Главное преимущество — это расположение. В квартире есть стиральная машина. Есть возможность приготовить еду. Интернет работает. Кондиционер делает комфортную температуру во всей квартире. Фатима отзывчивая, помогла с нашими просьбами.

Disadvantages:

Старый дом. Лестницы и коридор грязные. Для нас главным отрицательным моментом стало нахождение одной комнаты с окнами на дорогу. Шумно с утра и до ночи. В целом квартире требуется косметический ремонт.
