Дом деревянный, что хорошо с экологической точки зрения, вся необходимая посуда есть в наличии.

Disadvantages:

Очень большая слышимость между номерами. Дом находится в глубине от дорог, что с одной стороны хорошо, но на нём нет указателей, поэтому возникли трудности с его "находкой".
