Advantages:

Близко к морю. Никто не беспокоит, хозяин всегда на связи на случай чего

Disadvantages:

Видно что сделали ремонт, но к сожалению после него некачественно убрали, много строительной пыли, стиральную машину подключили, но не проверили, как результат, течет шланг, выключатели очень высоко, ребенк 10 лет еле достает, в туалете сломан замок и мало розеток
